Complete Lawn Renovation
This lawn had years of neglect, bare spots, and crabgrass throughout. We performed core aeration, overseeded with a premium fescue-bluegrass blend, and applied a starter fertilizer program. Within eight weeks, the homeowner had the best lawn on the street.
Weekly Full-Service Mowing
A long-time customer who trusts us with weekly mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing from April through October. Consistent cut height and sharp blades keep this lawn looking immaculate all season.
Fall Cleanup & Leaf Removal
This half-acre property was buried under mature oak and maple leaves every November. Our crew handled a full leaf removal, gutter blowout, and final mow to set the lawn up for a healthy spring.
Office Complex Grounds Maintenance
Weekly mowing, edging, and seasonal bed maintenance for a 3-building office complex. Consistent curb appeal keeps tenants happy and property managers worry-free.
Church & Community Grounds
We maintain the grounds for several churches and community buildings in the area. These properties need to look welcoming every Sunday, and we make sure they do with reliable weekly service and seasonal attention.
Apartment Complex Maintenance
Full-season grounds maintenance for a 40-unit apartment complex. Mowing, trimming, spring and fall cleanup, and snow removal all under one contract. Property management loves the single-vendor simplicity.
Subdivision Hydroseeding
Hydroseeded 15 acres of graded lots for a residential subdivision. We worked with the general contractor to meet all state regulatory requirements, applied the custom seed-mulch-tackifier blend on schedule, and passed the first NPDES inspection without a single corrective action.
Road Cut Erosion Control
A road widening project left significant exposed slopes at risk of washout. We installed erosion blankets, seeded with INDOT-approved mixes, and placed silt fence along all downhill boundaries. The site stabilized ahead of schedule.
Retention Pond Stabilization
Seeded and stabilized the slopes of a stormwater retention pond for a new industrial development. Applied heavy-duty erosion blankets on the steeper grades and hydroseeded the surrounding buffer areas. Zero sediment discharge throughout the establishment period.
New Construction Site Restoration
After construction wrapped on a new commercial building, we handled the final grading prep, topsoil placement, and hydroseeding. The GC needed the site presentable for the owner's final walkthrough, and we delivered with two weeks to spare.
