We're hiring guys who already know one end of a skid steer from the other. Real installs. Hydroseed rigs. Dirtwork. Erosion control. Not pushing a mower in circles all summer — actual projects you can drive past in five years and tell your kid you built that.
What We Run

Landscape Installs
Plantings, hardscape, retaining walls, drainage, sod, mulch, boulder work. Full-scale residential and commercial installs from blueprint to walk-through.
Hydroseeding
Commercial hydroseed rigs running BFM, wood mulch, and tackifier blends. Big acreage, highway right-of-way, solar farms, commercial sites — Indiana to Ohio to Kentucky.
Dirtwork & Grading
Skid steers, mini excavators, dozers. Final grade, rough grade, pad work, swales, trenching, bury, backfill. Read grade stakes, run a laser, finish clean.
Erosion Control
Silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, blanket install, SWPPP maintenance. Contractor-side work for GCs and developers across multiple states.
What We Offer
We're a family-owned crew that's been doing this since 2011. We're not corporate, we're not flashy, and we don't blow smoke. Here's the deal:
- Year-round work. Lawn care + installs in season, snow + erosion + commercial in the off-season. Nobody gets laid off in November.
- Weekly pay. Direct deposit, every Friday. Pay rate based on what you actually bring to the table — not a flat starting wage.
- Real equipment. Skid steers, mini excavators, hydroseed trucks, dump trailers, finish mowers — maintained, not rusted out.
- Experienced crew. Foremen who've been doing this 10+ years. If you want to learn equipment, hardscape, or hydroseed — we'll teach you. If you already know it, we'll get out of your way.
- Indiana & Ohio jobsites. Most work within 90 minutes of Union City. Bigger commercial work occasionally takes us further — paid travel, paid drive time.
- No corporate BS. No hour-long morning meetings. No write-ups for being five minutes late once. Show up, work hard, take pride in it — that's the standard.
What We're Looking For
If you've already spent a season or two on a crew — installs, dirtwork, hydroseed, erosion, hardscape — you'll fit right in and ramp up fast. But honestly? We're also happy to bring on someone brand new and teach them the right way from day one. Show up on time, work hard, and want to learn — that's what we care about.
- Valid driver's license. CDL is a plus, not required.
- Comfortable pulling a 20–30 ft equipment trailer.
- Skid steer / mini-ex hours under your belt.
- Show up on time. Work clean. Don't be the guy everyone else has to carry.
- Pass a basic background & drug screen.
